H1B Dropbox eligibility update on previous stamping done in different country

Hi All,

When scheduling Visa stamping questionnaire I noticed that below question got changed now, there is no country in the question. Does it mean drop box is eligible for people who did previous stamping in different country?

Before:
Was your most recent H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) issued in India after January 1, 2008?
Now:
Was your most recent H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) issued after January 1, 2008?

I have the same query. Did you get an answer if we are eligible for dropbox if last stamping is from another country

I think the same country is no more a requirement. Please call VAC and double check.
