My H1B Visa Expired in 2018. The H4 visa got stamped in March 2023. I have applied for H1B renewal now. Will I be eligible for dropbox, please guide.
the last visa expired more earlier than 48 months that the USCIS window suggests but H4 is still valid.

If you have H4 visa stamp then you may qualify for interview waiver aka dropbox but IW is at the discretion of the consular officer so they may still call you for an interview.
