Well, this information is not available publicly and hard to say. In general, based on what I have seen from users inputs, there are many dropbox slots and you should be able to book them for December…
Oh well, that is a different story, it depends on how your case is approved and what Dept of State expects. In general, client letter is a mandatory document, unless the client has a policy of not giving such letter.
