H1B dropbox appointment in Feb/March 2021

I’ve been checking the CGI website almost daily but i see no new openings esp in Delhi consulate for dropbox appointments. I’ve a few questions:

  1. Anyone else has had success booking an appointment in any consulate for Feb/March?
  2. How far in advance do the dates show up?
  3. Is there a specific time when new slots are updated on the CGI website?

I am also trying daily for any upcoming dates but I don’t see any available dates for all the consulates.

I thought the appointments are done through ustraveldocs.com website. May I know what is this CGI website?
