My name is Nikhil. I am having my H1B Visa Dropbox appointment OFC on 8th of December in Chennai, India. However, due to recent floods in Chennai, I received an appointment cancelation email. However, as per the rules, I can go to other locations to drop off my documents regardless of where I have scheduled my appointment. Is my appointment still valid? Can I still go to Mumbai/Delhi to drop off my documents even if my appointment is canceled at Chennai OFC?
