I have a H1B visa and my company is intending to send me to US on this visa for the second time in mid June. However, my wife (who is working) does not has a H4 visa as of now but I want her to travel with me. What are my options ?
Ask your company to file H4 for your wife also as she is considered to be your dependent .
Once she gets her H4 Visa she can travel with you.
