H1B dependant visa

I have been selected in this year’s H1B lottery 2020. I have following questions.

  1. Is it possible for me to take my dependant mother along with me on any visa? If any what is the visa?

  2. Can I apply for a tourist visa for my dependant mother along with my H1B visa so that we travel at the same time?
