H1B denied saying RFE not responded on time. But having courier receipt which says document reached on time

My h1b petition got denied saying that we didint respond the RFE on time.

But my lawyer says that he is having the fedex receipt showing that RFE response reached on time.

If we appeal the current decision will it helps any way?
