My visa got denied after RFE,Now employer is planning to appeal the case once he get denied notice from USCIS.
My is Vermont Center and Regular Processing…Is it possible to upgrade to PP after denied.
Appeals are not handled in PP. Appeal would still have been processed in regular time even if original petition was PP.
