Hi All,
I applied H1B and got denied, we re-appealed(I-290B) but the status says Initial review, not sure when the status of that changes. I currently joined an university to maintain status and will be working on CPT. My F1 is going to expire this november.
Now my question is, can i go to india or canada and have my f1 stamped again with the new university? Will there be any problems in doing so and if so what problems?. Please let me know. I am so worried now.
