My H1B picked in lottery and I got RFE,
I have provided all the details requested in RFE and later I got notice of denial.
Does this mean my petetion is now not valid? Or do I have any other options?
Unfortunately, if you got the denial notice, you have less options left. You could file motion to re-open, if you believe that it was denied for wrong reasons or you have evidence to prove it otherwise. The chances of approval are very low, but worth a shot, if you and your attorney believe that there is hope…it takes a very long time and less than 3% success… Discuss with your attorney and then take an informed decision.
