Hi,
My Employer has filed H1B-Normal Processing in April 2013. I got Receipt Number in H1B-Lottery.
Then in August 5,2013 I got RFE on my case. RFE has been responded to 21 OCT , 2013.
Unfortunately on 21 Nov,2013 , I got denial Notice on my case.
I am still waiting for Denial notice. But can anyone please suggest What is the next step ?
Does this Denial affect our new H1B Application in next year ?
Please help.
