Was laid of because of this COVID-19 situation. Its been more than a month now and dont have a job yet. I doubt if I can get a job in the 60 days grace period. Currently applying for B2. Assuming after 60 days (grace period) I get a job ( and B2 has not been approved by that time) , I assume I would have to go for Consular Processing. My question is can I work on H1B receipt in consular processing and once I get the petition,I travel out of the country, attend the interview and return back to United States?
