USCIS announced that the Data Entry is complete today, so you have about 2 to 3 weeks to expect anything…
They will encash your cheque, if you are picked in lottery. I got a mail yesterday from USCIS that data entry process is complete for this year. Wait for 1_3 weeks, if not encashed, better luck next time.
