H1B Case Status not changed in months

Hi Everyone,

I have been seeing the status for my case “My case is Received”, for the past 3 months.

  1. How long would it take for the status to change?

  2. I also called their Toll-free number and I got the same status answered.

  3. Curious to know, How does the processing happen?

  4. Application is in California.

  5. Should I continue to have any “HOPE”?

The delay is normal and there are many others waiting like you. You can continue to wait or update to premium processing. Also delay doesn’t mean denial.
