H1B Case Approved but still didn't get the receipt

H1B got approved under regular processing but still waiting for official receipt. I see the update on DHS website saying case was approved. It’s been 27 days till today.

what should i do?
can someone know about this scenario

Well, you should got it by now. Reach out to the USCIS customer service or ask your attorney to reach out, sometimes it could be lost in the mail too.

Can i contact USCIS Customer service regarding this?

Anyways planning to contact my attorney to check. since it’s almost a month that case has been updated.

You can try, but they may or may not give you info as H1B petition is employers and not yours.
