H1B cap exempt validity

Hi, my H1B expires in Dec 2014, for which I already to U.S. I applied back in Aug 2015 but petition didn’t came till Feb 2016, I left the orgranization in March 2016 and petition was revoked from earlier company in May 2016, Is i am eligible for cap-exampt, If yes, How long cap-exampt validitity availible

Yes, you are eligible for cap-exempt petition. You can apply for cap-exempt petition within 6 years of leaving US. However, off late, USCIS has approved cap-exempt petition filed after that 6 year period had elapsed.
