h1b cap exempt transfer processing time

Hi ,

i am looking for h1 transfer to other company . the new employer need to apply for new petition through cap-exempt .

my original petition took around 5 months for the approval . i wanted to know what is the maximum time to get the transfer approved through normal process and premium processing.

There is no max or min time. General processing time for cap-exempt petition is 2-4 months. If filed w/ PP, it will be adjudicated within 15 calendar days. If RFE is issued, then it can take longer.
