I was going through your site , need help regarding h1b cap exempt .
My first h1b was from 16-NOVEMBER-2007 to 28-SEPTEMBER-2010.
My entry and exit dates as per my passport :
1 FEB 2008 to 20 NOV 2008 and
4 JAN 2010 TO 8 FEB 2011
Applied for h1b extension in the month of Aug 2010 but it got denied , so I left US .
Now I have offer with X company can I get new h1b under cap exempt ?
