I have used 4 years of my H1B filed initially on Oct 1 2003, I changed 4 companies in the US and the last filing was approved in Feb 2007 and stamped on Aug 2007. The expiry date of the H1B visa was Dec 2009, but I returned back to India in Feb 2008. In between before my H1B expired I travelled to the US on a F-1 visa in May 2009 and returned back in Apr 2010. Its been about 5 1/2 years since the expiry date of the H1B visa, can I transfer the unused 2 years of my H1B now with another company.
