H1b cap exception after previous employer extension denied status

Hello,

My H1B is valid till Sept. 2016. I have been in India since Mar 2016 and moved to a different employer. My latest petition got denied which was filed by employer A.

My employer A has applied an extension when i was in US (Jan 2016). This petition got denied recently. Now currently am with employer B. Can i retain retain the left over period in the visa with out going through the cap again ? Please suggest.

Yes, any employer can still apply cap-exempt petition for you and get H1 for the remaining period.
