H1B - Can I put in a request for premium processing after RFE is answered?

Hi,

My company had applied for an H1B for me, which was filed with USCIS
Now the status showed [Request for Evidence Response Review](https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus/BucketDescriptions.do#8).
On June 15, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. 



Is it possible to convert this petition to the premium mode now?

I believe H1B petition can be upgraded to Premium Processing at any time.
