Hi All - Need small help. Petitioner filed H1B first time got receipt date 27th June 2022 from Nebraska service center. Now, status showing actively reviewing by USCIS, hopefully will get update by end of August (as per 2 months processing). So, planning to register and make payment for regular H1B in CGI portal to schedule OFC/CA slots in September/October (Chennai many OFC slots released - as per myvisaslots). I already saved DS-160 form with Unique ID and also planning to mention Petitioner name, start and end date tentative like 1st Oct 2022(as per LCA/Offer Letter) to 30th Sep 2025 (in CGI Portal). Do we have any problem to schedule appointment before approval with above start/end date in CGI Portal?
