Thanks for answering my previous questions. Can you please suggest what are the necessary documents and preparations for my case before going for interview in USA Dubai Consulate.

In Brief,

  1. My H1B Employer - US based IT consulting services company (Small Company with 50-90 Employees) - H1B track record (90 H1B’s with No denials)

  2. Direct offer from US Employer attended the interview from Dubai. Got offer letter and Employee_Agreement doc. Then H1B filing documents and Receipt Number alone.

  3. My Attorney is VisaNow Chicago Illinois.

  4. I’m a B.Sc. Computer Science Graduate not BE/B.Tech. (I have Education Evaluation Document sent by my Employer authorised by Morning Side Evaluation/Consulting New York)

  5. Overall 5+ years of IT experience in IT (India & Dubai)

I need to know what are documents necessary based on below points and my education background ?
