As per the discussion with sponsor before 22 AUG 2022, i got selected in H1B second lottery, however on 26th AUG, they said USCIS is not considering second lottery. I am unable to understand the exact issue as if status is “selected” after second lottery then how come it got changed again to submitted status after 22nd AUG declaration by USCIC for not considering second lottery. is this possible?
