my H1B got approved, I am still on F1 but now I don’t to continue with the college, what all options do I have to get out of college and still be able to be in status until October .
please suggest, thanks in advance

You should continue your college till Sep end to be in status. There are only 3 months more, try sticking to your college. If you quit college now, your F1 will be revoked and you need to leave the country within 60 days. Also while returning to USA back you need to get your H1 stamped.
