My H1B approval notice has just one name . Suppose my name is AAA. My passport has Given Name as AAA and Surname is blank.
My first visa (L2 ) was applied as First Name as “FNU” and Last Name as “AAA”.
My initial H1B was applied as First Name as “FNU” and Last Name as “AAA”.
But my extension approval notice is showing my name as AAA,
I think the ways I-797 shows name is Last Name, First Name and my latest approval notice shows my last name as “AAA” followed by comma and then nothing. I am not sure if this is how its suppose to be or they made a mistake in printing. Not sure what to do.
