Hello, I am working for employer A on client B project.my employer applied my h1b on regular quota for 3 years. But i got approval for only 1 year. Can you please tell me what could be the reason and what are ways to get approval for 3 years.? Thanks
Its completely depends on how the attorney is filing. Some times depending on the client letter they might approve for one year. You need not to worry on this part. When you file extension for sure there might be chances to get it for 3 yrs.
