Hi All,
I have applied H1b from company A but after that i resigned from the company becuase of some personal reasons, my file was sent for the petition and now after joining company B, from some of my friends from A are saying that my name is selected in lottery.
i want to know whether company A will call me back or is there any process if i can talk to my new employer or get the petition transfered to my new employer so that i can travel from Employer-B.
what could be the possible solutions so that i can get the petiontion transfered and can travel. I dont have any information about the reciept number of H1b and n documents as well. Please suggest,
