My company who is based in the US (TX) has asked me to relocate and join the team over there, which means applying for a H1B visa. I’m a Brit based in London and would look to travel over as soon as I can obtain a visa.
I’ve looked in to this a little and I can see the minimum requirements are to have a batchelors degree - which I don’t have - but I have many years of product related experience. My company has put together my application and will submit when the visas become available, but I wanted to know if there is a high likelyhood I will be approved? Based on the fact I have a job already and they are looking to sponsor my application?
Does anyone know of similar situations? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
