I am in the usa on a F1 visa and also have a sibling category GC application filed in 2011, will this impact my chances of getting a H1 B visa when Applied for by my employer on completion of my course, I already have an employer.
H-1 is a dual intent visa. So it should not be impacted by a pending immigrant petition.
