Hi,
I’m currently working in India for a company. and some other company in US has offered me direct employment with them in US because of my skill sets. and they will file H1B application for me in 2014 fiscal year.
I’ve accepted their job offer but yet to resign from my present job in India. Please suggest, is it possible to process H1B visa from other company in US while I’m employed with my current company in India?
