My H1B application was selected for this year’s quota, but the employer (consultancy) who filed it has yet to send packets to the USCIS. I keep asking for an update, but the response is always the same: “We will not delay and will send it before the deadline”. I’m not sure in which scenarios this occurs.I’m worried because the deadline is coming. Any thoughts or explanations for the delay?
Also, Is Manual sending packets to USICS is mandatory?
