My h1b cas has been received in may.I am waiting for h1b approval and stamping from usisc.Here my question is
1)My client renewed project duration till December 2016.This period will be acceptable for case approval and stamping?.
If USCIS is comfortable with your employer’s financial stability, they may approve the petition beyond contract end date. If they are not satisfied then they may ask for extended contract or approve the petition for just 1 year.
If the client is willing to issue a letter that although the contract is until Dec 2016, but they see a strong chance of extension, then that would help your case as well.
