I am on H1B and my husband recently came to US on H4 status. His H1 has been filed now and is in initial review. My H1B is expiring on September 30th and I have filed for my H1 extension along with my dependents H4 extension. Is it ok if my husbands H4 is approved or should I withdraw his H4 extension? Will this impact his H1 status? Please suggest what needs to be done in this case.
