I have a question regarding my H1 visa renewal.
I got my H1 in 2013 by employer A, and my visa got expired in September 2016 and I got my extension approved in August 2016 through same employer A. Now I am planning to visit India in June 2017 and as per eligibility criteria I am eligible for Dropbox option. but My wife who was on L1-B till March 2016 and then moved to H4 as my dependent in March 2016. As i am visiting India with my wife and kid , Would she be eligible for drop box option?
