H1B and H4 approved on same day

Hi need help immediately.

I filed for H4 extension on Sep 11 as it was expiring on Nov 30. Then got sponsor and filed for H1B on Oct 31 premium processing. Both the visas got approved on Nov 4 as mentioned in status online. Dint get time to withdraw H4. Want to be on H1B. How to proceed? Please help

Don’t act dumb. Call USCIS.

USCIS got your status to “current” by approving H4 before H-1B. So you might see them both being approved at the same time.

I am predicting that there is nothing to worry. But double check with the lawyer who handled your H-1B petition.
