H1B and Green card Transfer after I-140 approval on EB2

Hello,

I am on my 4th year of H1B and my I140 is approved for Green card on EB2.

Priority date is Sept. 2012…As its moving slowly, I am thinking of H1B transfer for better prospects.

How will it affect my Green card application from current employer?

you need to file PERM and I140 again but your priority date will remain Sept 2012
