Hi All

I am currently working for client A and my employer office is in same zip code as my current client. I got a new offer recently with client B which is in different state but they have offered me to work from employers office location remotely no need to come to client location. So my question is my current LCA belongs to same zip code as my employers office location do i have to apply a new lca and amendment with client B.

Any suggestions are appreciated

Usually in LCA, we can keep more than one location and one of them should be the employer home office address and the other could be the client work address.
If your original LCA got employer’s office in it, you dont need to file amendment. If not, you should file amendment.
