H1B amendment while in India timeline

I recently travelled back to India and waiting for another project to go back to u.s . May I know what is the timeline for H1 amendment in regular and expedited mode respectively while I am in India since there will be a location change in the u.s.

H-1 amendment can take 1-2 months to process. There is no premium processing route available. When is your petition expiring?
