My h1b amendment petitions in RFE, my employer missed to file the amendment when I moved from location A to B. After one month they filled the amendment.

Now it’s in RFE status, it’s says the person already in location B, why the amendment is not filling before the location move?

Is their possible to deny the amendment?

Yes, they can deny the amendment stating that it was not timely filed. Since Jan 2016 it is mandatory to file amendments before changing location. Your employer and attorney messed up here.
