Hi,
My H1B amendment was raised due to location change from Waterloo to Detroit.
And it went to RFE. I have done my Engineering Diploma and started working. Over the period i have completed my Graduation in correspondence from JNTU, Hyderabad in Electrical Engineering with 61%. Now, RFE came due to this. My Employer said, as it is equal to the normal Degree it should get approve.
Can anyone please respond, if you know any such case and procedure to get it approved.
