I filled for H1B amendment due to change of client and planing to do visa for my wife. My question is, H1B amendment will affect H4 visa approval ?
It shouldn’t. If its approved before the H4 interview, provide a copy of I-797 approval notice to your wife to carry for interview/dropbox.
