H1B Amendment for Prevailing wage, USCIS notice to Employer

Hi,

One of friends working on H1B moved few months back from fulltime to contract. Her new employer recently received a notice on prevailing wage from USCIS and asking to respond with in 30 days… Her employer is not paying the prevailing wage for her. Her employer says they are making an amendment to her with new wage. can she trust his employer and what would be the best suggestion for the H1b employee to move forward from this situation.

  1. Any suggestions how to know employer is initiating amendment and duration for approval?

  2. How many days it takes transfer h1b to new employer. 27 days left for the employer to make amendment for prevailing wage.

  3. Will the USCIS issues revoke of H1B if prevailing wage is not met by the employer? if so what are required steps to take by employer and employee to continue working on H1b and
