My H1b is stamped and expires by Dec 2017. I have never travelled to US.
Since, its already nearing expiration, am planning to change the client and so, my employer would go for amendment.
But is it possible to go for amendment + Extension before Dec 2017 not under cap-exempt?, since expiry is nearing.
