H1B Amendment Denied but have a valid visa

HI,

i am currently working for client A and location A . My H1B amendent for this location is denied.

i have a valid visa till 31 July 2019 and valid petition for client B and location B .

1)Can i re-file amendment for the same client A and location A

2)Can i file amendment for another client C and location C .

What all options do i have ?
  1. Do i have go out of USA in order to file amendment for client C and location C
