Hi … I am working under an employer (A) who initiated my H1B visa with Client © . My visa got approved after my RFE (I didn’t submit client letter since my client didn’t agreed to provide) .
Now i am working for Client (D) under the same employer (A). Before stamping should i go for H1B amendment or LCA with updated client and location details is enough ? Please advise.
If H1B amendment is not required , what are the risks that i have , to get the visa approved. Please help!
