My application for H1B visa was filed for client A, however later amendment was filed for client B and approved. Due to some reasons I could not travel for either client A or client B. My visa was not stamped in both instances. Is it possible to get the visa stamped even if I am not travelling for client B? Or is it possible to get the visa stamped if a new amendment is filed for another client and can I travel before getting the approval?
Whenever you appear for stamping, you have to carry most up-to-date documents. If the plan is to work for B, then carry B documents. If the plan is to work for C, then get C’s amendment and then appear for stamping.
