Recently my H1B Amendment and Extension got approved and I just wanted to share life cycle with the forum.

H1B Amendment and Extension - Normal - RFE - Premium - Approval Notice - Vermont Center.

  1. Case was received – 11/24/2019
  2. Request for additional evidence was mailed – 01/22/2019
  3. Response to USICS request for evidence was received – 04/16/2019
  4. Request for premium processing services was received - 05/18/2019
  5. 15 days premium processing clock started for my case - 05/18/2019
  6. Case was received, and a receipt notice was emailed – May 18/2019
  7. Case was approved – 05/22/2019
  8. 15 days premium processing clock was stopped for my case – 05/22/2019
  9. Case was approved and may decision was emailed – 05/22/2019
