My H1B amendment and extension request was placed in February in California center under regular processing and I haven’t gotten any response yet. Any idea on when I can expect a response and is this normal ? My I94 expiry date is April 27th 2019
Well, if you have it in regular processing sometimes, the delays can be very long. You can reach out to your employer and ask them to follow up or raise service request. Alternatively, check USCIS site for the processing times…You can also consider upgrading to get it faster.
